RAG Facilitator Development
Participants will participate in 32-40 hours of developmental training. The purpose of this training is to help build the will, skill, and knowledge to facilitate racial affinity groups. Delivery schedules can be varied to accommodate the work schedules of participants. Ideally, this is delivered in full and/or half-day sessions. Topics to be discussed include:
